No ticket portal, no chatbot, no "your request has been logged". Mail the address that matches your subject and a human reads it. If you pick the wrong one, we forward it — that is our job, not yours.

No routing maze.
One address per subject, and each one reaches a person — no support tier buys you a different address, and none of these reaches a queue. If you would rather not work out which one you need, hello@rendlio.com is read for anything.

Writing about a conversion? Attach the compatibility report —
rendlio sheets diagnose your.xlsx --report report.json produces one without rendering any
cell content, so it is safe to send even for a confidential workbook. It answers most of what
we would otherwise have to ask you.
The playground converts your own workbook and hands back the full report — no account, no email.
Every tier and every limit is on pricing. There is no quote to request and no sales call to book.
The changelog says where the engine actually is. Nothing is announced there before it exists.

Mail to any address above reaches the Purpose Source Association, the Swiss association of which Rendlio is a brand and activity, seated in the canton of Aargau. There is no phone line and no walk-in office — a volunteer-run association with no sales team does not staff one, and we would rather say so than publish a number nobody answers. Correspondence is in English or German.
