The Association distributes nothing to its members. For the Rendlio activity the commitment is: Rendlio keeps no profit. 100% of profit beyond published operating needs goes to charity and to charity programmes. Charity programmes means the published running costs of the Purpose Source movement, a charity-routing programme of the same Association, listed by amount on its transparency page. 2. Why there is no street address here yet
The Purpose Source Association is in formation. Its statutes are being drafted with Swiss counsel; the association is to be entered in the commercial register because it runs a commercial enterprise, and that entry follows the founding assembly. Two consequences for this page:
- The domicile address is not settled. The statutes draft carries a placeholder for it pending counsel and the operator's decision on the association's domicile in the canton of Aargau. Rather than publish an address that would then change, this page names the seat — the canton of Aargau, Switzerland — and marks the street address pending.
- There is no register number, and no UID/VAT number. Both are assigned at registration. Until then any number on this page would be fiction.
This page is updated at the same URL the moment those facts exist, and the changelog will record the change. If you need the registered details for procurement or a supplier form before then, write to hello@rendlio.com and you will get the current status in writing — including a plain statement that registration is pending, which is usually what a procurement form actually needs.
3. Responsibility for content
The association is responsible for the content of rendlio.com, including the documentation. Documentation on this site describes the specified behaviour of the Rendlio Sheets engine, which is pre-alpha — see the changelog for what actually exists. Press and content enquiries: hello@rendlio.com.
4. Third parties in the delivery chain
- Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare processes connection data as any CDN does, to serve and protect the site.
- Sales: paid licences are sold by Paddle as merchant of record. The purchase transaction is a contract between you and Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms; the association is Paddle's supplier and grants the licence directly. See the terms of use.
- Source hosting: the engine's public source is published on GitHub under BUSL-1.1 — see the licensing overview.

5. Liability and links
Nothing on this site is a warranty beyond what the EULA states, and nothing here modifies the EULA or Paddle's buyer terms. External links are checked when they are added; the linked sites' content is their operators' responsibility. Governing law and forum for the site itself will be stated in the counsel-issued terms of use; the EULA draft provides for Swiss law and the courts at the association's seat.
